I participated in these races:
Two 5ks - By George 5k and Have a Heart for Hoffman-Boston 5k
I also went to yoga once and swam laps once.
My goal for March is 60 miles and yoga 4 times. I would also like to do some weight training. I have 3 races planned for the month - a 10k, 14k, and half marathon.
